Holiday Part Two

Mac Donald's is wonderful... Well, not so much for the food (of course) but more for its liberal use of free Internet. When it works, it works very well and without the hassle of accounts or the need to enter in any personal details. Great!

Anyway, enough of a preamble. For everyone's information we are currently awaiting a flight back to good 'ol Blighty for Holiday Part Two! Two weddings. Two sets of parents. 1 week. And various trains, lifts and heavy bag carrying (why on earth did I bring so much with me).

Hope to see you somewhere along the way.

Home.

We are home. In Prague safe and sound (but very tired).

We decided to spend the day in the spa then dash all the way to Prague to take the stress out of the handover of the Snuggle Truck. So here we are, back in the flat and ready for a nights sleep in our own bed.

After 5 weeks on the road it feels a little bit weird, but good.

Anyway, sleep beckons.

Beer hall Bonanza!

Good evening!

We made it to Munich and here is Sarah holding our (1l) beers in the Hofbräuhaus. Cheers!

--- additionally, please leave comments. We love comments!

Thank you Jan and Janine

A quick but big (enormous, galactic even) thank you to our Germanic friends Jan and Janine. Lovely people who have been kind enough to host us in Konstanz, give us a bed to sleep in and introduce me to the joys of Leisure Diving (and lots more packed into under 24 hours).

Thank you!

Constant Konstanz

Hello everyone. We have arrived at Konstanz, very south Germany.

Just a quick update as I am currently being rude and typing this blog whilst tea and cake is being consumed.

The last two nights were spent in Freiburg, a lovely student city on the edge of the Black Forrest. We gave in and rented an apartment instead of camping which made a change and allowed us to relax in a way that we have not for some time. Maybe, just maybe we are ready for the creature conforts of life away from the road.

In the town we had a beer at the top of a hill over the city giving great views of the rooftops and churches and (I counted) 11 cranes towering skeletal precariously moving rubble over everyone´s heads.

Apart from this we didn´t do all that much, just focused on chilling out and slowing down ready for Erding!! Can´t wait.

Sorry about the shortness of this update, it reflects the difficulties (if that is the right word) that we have had in finding internet on our journey. We have a lot more to add and currently the plan is to do so retrospectivly once we get home (or from the uk) with more pictures and the benifits of reflection. So what I am trying to say is if you are still interested at this point then keep reading the blog even after we have returned to Prague as we will keep posting.
